Publication Policy

International Conference on Empowering Indian Knowledge Systems through National Education Policy, Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Libraries for Viksit Bharat@2047

The Organising Committee of I-LIPS 2026 is committed to ensuring high academic quality and ethical standards in the publication of conference papers. All accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings and other selected publication outlets, subject to compliance with review, originality, and formatting requirements.

Publication decisions will be based on the recommendations of the Technical Programme Committee and the Editorial Committee. The conference follows a transparent and merit-based publication policy in line with university and national academic standards.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted and presented papers that meet the prescribed quality standards will be published in the official conference proceedings with ISBN. The proceedings will be made available in digital format and may also be hosted on the conference website or institutional repository, as per policy.

Journal / Edited Volume Publication

Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in edited volumes, special issues of peer-reviewed journals, or other scholarly publications, subject to additional review processes and publisher policies.

Authors of shortlisted papers will be informed separately and may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscripts as per the guidelines of the respective journals or publishers. Publication in journals is not automatic and will be subject to independent editorial decisions.

Peer Review and Publication Ethics

Copyright and Author Responsibility

Authors will retain the copyright of their papers. By submitting a paper to the conference, authors grant permission to the Organising Committee to publish the work in conference proceedings and related academic platforms.

Any subsequent publication of the paper elsewhere should appropriately acknowledge its earlier presentation at I-LIPS 2026.

Disclaimer

The Organising Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the publication policy in the interest of academic quality and integrity. Such changes, if any, will be communicated through the conference website.
