Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality research papers to I-LIPS 2026. All paper submissions will be accepted and managed exclusively through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (Microsoft CMT). Submissions sent by email or any other mode will not be accepted.

Microsoft CMT provides a secure and transparent platform for submission, peer review, and communication with authors. All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme.

Formatting Guidelines


Submission through Microsoft CMT

Authors must submit their papers through the Microsoft CMT portal by following the steps given below:

  1. Create a Microsoft CMT account or sign in using an existing Microsoft account.
  2. Access the conference submission page using the provided CMT link.
  3. Enter the paper title, abstract, keywords, and author details.
  4. Upload the manuscript file in PDF format.
  5. Ensure that the submitted manuscript does not contain author names or affiliations.
  6. Confirm submission and track the status through the CMT dashboard.

Peer Review Process

All submissions will be reviewed through a double-blind peer-review process. Each paper will be evaluated by subject experts based on originality, relevance to the conference theme, methodological rigour, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field. The decision of the Technical Programme Committee will be final.
